So it's been a while since I posted and things are better now than they were then.


Christmas has come and gone. I made a lot of people muggs and they were all happy with them. I still have one more that needs doing, but it keeps getting pushed back for commissions.

I'm currently working on Sho'Nuff (Shogun of Harlem) and Donnie Darko in his halloween gear. I'm also working on an Ozzy Osbourne munny, but That's not going as well as I'd hoped at the moment, mostly because I'm not sure how I want to do him. I hop to work on some more bok choy boys soon, but we'll see.


My personal life is going well too. the lady and I are fine, though not having a car is kind of lame. I'm planning to go to the reason Rally March 24, but I need to work out details with other people who are going. I'm also going to a Neil Degrasse Tyson lecture in April and sometime in the upcoming month will be going to Charlotte to see the Mummies of the World exhibit, which is exciting. It is the largest exhibit of mummies and mummy artifacts ever assembled and has mummies from every country that had them.

My teefury shirt came i today. It's a cyberman and a dalek in the style of rock'em sock'em robots and is awesome.

Welovefine.com just started two design contests, one based on Jem and the other on Scott Pilgrim. It's been a while since I've designed a shirt, but I may give them a shot. After seeing the choices for the Avengers contest, it makes me wish I had drawn up the idea I had for that one. I think I would have done well.

I'm hoping to get more commissions soon. I've been running a sale on the muggs board, but only got two orders from there, so hopefully that'll pick up soon. At least it gives me a chance to move forward on the ones I have so I don't get behind again.


So yeah,the next few months should be fun. I'm also hoping we get a car before long so I can start going to The Carolina theatre again, I rally miss that place.
